DNBS&A and DNBS Bærum offers ballet courses from age 3 to 18 years. The ballet courses are teaching once a week for those who want to have ballet as a hobby or as a tool for developing skills in other dance disciplines, as ballet is the basis for any dance form. Ballet training provides a great posture, body control and grace that you carry with you for the rest of your life.
